• Items may not be returned for any reason without written authorization from DIGI Canada Inc.  Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained prior to returning any item.
  • Claims of damage, defect or error must be made within 2 business days after receiving your order.
  • Items must be returned freight prepaid by the customer within 10 business days after receiving shipment.  All items must be unused and received in new condition, in its original packaging.
  • A restocking fee of 25% may be applied.  Shipping related charges are not refundable.
  • In the case of wrong product shipped by DIGI Canada Inc., the correct product will be shipped immediately.  If necessary, expedited shipping will be used to ship a partial order to meet the customer’s immediate needs.  The balance of the order will be shipped ground.   All freight charges prepaid by DIGI Canada Inc.
  • Credit card refunds will be processed to the original credit card upon receipt and inspection of the returned items.
